PAYMENTS:

Customers can pay for goods online through PayPal using a credit card or a PayPal account. Both methods of payment will be confirmed by e-mail. All prices are in £ sterling. Once payments have been received your goods will be dispatched to you. Payments go to my business name Nature's Palette.

I guarantee your goods will be in good order. Each piece is checked before being dispatched, will be very well protected and sent by "First Class Post". In the unlikely event that upon receipt of your bag, you find that it is damaged, please contact me and return it within 14 days and I will refund you. You have the right under UK law (Long distance selling regulations act 2000) to cancel any order within 7 days of delivery and on returning the product be fully reinbersed. I value your custom.
